บทคัดย่อ
สถานการณ์อาชญากรรมในประเทศไทยในปัจจุบันมีการเปลี่ยนรูปแบบ มีความซับซ้อนมากขึ้น ผู้กระทำความผิดหรืออาชญากรมีการรวมตัวกันเป็นเครือข่ายหรือองค์กรเพิ่มมากขึ้น มีการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ทำให้ส่งผลกระทบในวงกว้าง การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนถือเป็นรากฐานที่สำคัญสำหรับความปลอดภัยและการก่ออาชญากรรม ดังนั้น บทความนี้ได้วิเคราะห์ ศึกษาบทเรียนความสำเร็จการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการป้องกันปราบปรามอาชญากรรมของประเทศสิงคโปร์ แนวคิด ทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันปราบปรามอาชญากรรม การมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันปราบปรามอาชญากรรมและเอกสารต่าง ๆ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการป้องกันปราบปรามอาชญากรรมระดับสถานีตำรวจ ผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ สร้างแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน การปรับทัศนคติ เสริมสร้างการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน เสริมสร้างระบบการตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจให้เกิดความเป็นธรรม โปร่งใส ส่งเสริมการติดตั้งกล้องวงจรปิดบริเวณที่พักอาศัยและช่วยกันเฝ้าระวังอาชญากรรมในบริเวณใกล้เคียงกับที่พักอาศัยหรือจุดเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอาชญากรรม ปัจจัยสู่ความสำเร็จของการมีส่วนร่วม สามารถนำกลยุทธ์ไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ลดอาชญากรรม เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันปราบปรามอาชญากรรมและความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชนอย่างยั่งยืน

Abstract
The current crime situation in Thailand is evolving and becoming more complex. Criminals are increasingly forming networks and organizations, and the use of technology is having a broader impact. Public participation is a crucial foundation for safety and crime prevention. Therefore, this article conducts a study on the successful lessons of public participation in crime prevention in Singapore. The concepts and theories related to crime prevention and public participation in crime prevention are examined. The objective is to present ideas on strategies for public participation in crime prevention at the police station level, strategic leadership, motivating performance, changing attitudes, promoting the use of technology in operations, strengthening the performance monitoring system for police officers to ensure fairness and transparency, promoting the installation of CCTV cameras in residential areas, and encouraging community vigilance in residential areas or crime-prone areas. The factors contributing to the success of participation are analyzed to ensure that the strategies can be implemented effectively, reducing crime, increasing the efficiency of crime prevention operations, and ensuring the long-term safety of people and property.
